Use a 129 ring gauge to measure on 40mm and smoke for up to an hour. Although the smoke has a shorter flavor, you have not retained any flavor at all! It has a leather and wood aroma, with a faint sweet coffee flavor - all wrapped in silky and smooth packaging paper.
